Fusewifi took money from my account for actually one and three quarters months extra after service should have been cancelled. I'm only seeking retribution for one month's of extra payment. ******************* (fusewifi contact) has only been semi-responsive and only just enough to keep me stringing along.Initial Complaint

We got Fuse WiFi around April of 2023. The company was very efficient when getting us hooked up to their service. Spectrum Internet then came to our area and had better service in November 2023. After having good service with spectrum we decided to cancel our Fuse WiFi. I went to their website and cancelled as I was instructed in ******* 2024. I figured we would still get charged for ******* since it was still being used so that charged was not a big deal. But then we got charged for February and March. When we reached out to the representative he said he would personally take care of it. That was in February. When we got charged again in March we tried contacting him again. He has not answered our texts, phone calls, voicemails or emails requesting the service cancelation to be double checked. No one from this business will return my or my husbands phone calls and we cannot be throwing away money to this company anymore.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction : January 3rd 2023.We cancelled our service on Dec. 29th and told them not to renew. As of Dec. 30th our internet was shut off.On January 3rd payment came out of our bank for another month of internet that we do not have. This internet is pay in advance. We are owed a refund and No one will answer us about this chargeCustomer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. A refund was issued in a timely manner
