      Absolutely terrible experience. We had our roof replaced less than a year ago, and it's been leaking for months. We have contacted them on MULTIPLE occasions, and have yet to receive anything more than a "the spots weren't wet when we came out" and a "we can just paint over the stains on your ceiling" WHAT? That makes sense... paint over rotting sheetrock and just pretend this didn't happen. We ended up having to mail the remainder of our payment because the sales representative was consistently unable to be contacted. We would receive a response from him a month after contacting him on every occasion. He even told the office that he came to our house for payment twice and no one was home (I'm a stay at home mom and always here). You'd think if you were trying to GIVE someone money, they would show up to take it. Our entire attic is 3 inches deep in roofing tacks, shingles, and debris from the work they did and never cleaned up after themselves. (They also know about this and have yet to send anyone out to fix it). I was told about a month ago that after the next heavy rain they would send someone out to check the leak again (haven't heard from anyone since, surprise.) We aren't bad customers, and I hardly ever leave negative reviews, but Yellowhammer ***** and if I can save one person the hassle we've been through with them, then this was worth it.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/23) */ We have been in contact with this homeowner again to address her concerns. We went out yesterday and spoke with her to address her concerns. It is our #1 goal to make our customers experience nothing but the best. Our observation: After spraying for a good bit, we could not make the roof leak. No stains or drip marks from any previous leaks were present. All the pre existing insulation shows no signs of being wet or wet in the past. I took moisture meter readings and could not even get it register any moisture. The office called and spoke to me that the homeowners apparently called in saying they were sick and wanted to reschedule. I left the attic and went up onto the roof to see if anything up top would be noticeable. The gutter which is close to the area with the presumed leaks runs there as well. It was completely full of leaves and limbs and full of water, so much water that it was overflowing. I cleaned the gutter and still it held water, so i took apart the downspout and cleaned it out as well. The water then drained properly. I took a picture of the other gutter on the home and you can see just how full of trash it is. We have photos from our observation. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Their response mentioned nothing about my attic that is full of debris from them. They also failed to mention I contacted their office (well before they were to come out) the morning we woke up sick to notify them we were sick and needed to reschedule. Not my fault they can't communicate with each other and showed up anyways. We will gladly have our gutters cleaned out and see if that helps the situation. I would love to see the pictures they got of "just how trashed they are". I will not settle until my attic is the way it was found before the roof was replaced. Maybe going forward it would be a good policy for Yellowhammer to take pictures of people's property so they can assure it's left in the condition it was found in. Also, see attached photos from my first response of the ceiling in my son's room that clearly has drip marks and stains. Thanks.

      We purchased a roof from Yellowhammer Roofing 3 years ago. We paid $1,610 extra for an additional warranty. We have a leak in the garage. The leak was caused by a nail hole. I think they drove a stray nail at an odd place, then they removed the nail and then failed to replace the single shingle while installing the roof. Yellowhammer Roofing tried to claim that we caused the damage. We have not been on the roof. There was a crepe myrtle that we removed prior to getting the roof. It is their responsibility for the damage. If you compare their photo attached to those on the internet for roof nail holes, they look the same. I have the original invoice and can provide it.

      Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2021/11/18) */ Mrs. ****** complaint is in regards to a limb/debris from a crepe myrtle tree that was planted by her home. We have documented photos of the tree being in existence on the day of install. On 9/22/21 we spoke with Mrs. ***** and we offered to repair the damage from the tree, but the HO said "he and his wife have decided to go another route on fixed it". We are more than happy to provide photos of our documentation regarding Mrs. *****'s concerns.
