I bought an ignition coil for my weed eater from them the coil was defective so I thought I'd let them reorder the coil and put it on and everything will be fine also to add a couple of screws to the body that I had lost they kept it for 2 months every time I call about three or four times they said they would call me back they never did. First or was they was waiting on parts then it was the carburetor. Then only thing won't with it was the ignition coil but they lied and fabricated problems that didn't exist. When they told me that last lie I told them to keep it and cram it up their a** I hope it don't happen to others

I brought a tractor in for service to the *********** store on March 10. A friend picked it up on March 14 to bring it home. The service technician left the hood unlatched and didn't notify us it was not latched or perhaps broken. On the way home the hood blew up and broke. TriGreen says I should have checked it so they are not responsible. Granted, I know zero about tractors and am not a service professional. So I just paid them $772 for a new hood and parts. The order came in and was picked up at their store on March 24. When I got home, several items I paid for are missing from the order and they added stuff I don't need. I am disgusted with *********** TriGreen and want the parts I paid for and a refund for the extras. I do not think I should pay shipping charges to fix their mistake and I do think they are liable for not finishing the service job by closing my hood. Blaming the customer because they were negligent and left the hood open is like a surgeon blaming a family member who picked up the patient for not making sure the incision was correct. I paid them 475 dollars to service the tractor instead of doing it myself because I no nothing about tractors. They are supposedly the experts who should completely finish the job I paid for. Leaving the hood unsecured was negligence.
