      First, let me say that this is on of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. On or about the first week in April 2023, I had my vehicle, a 2006 Cadillac STS to this business to repair leaking valve cover gaskets. The owner, ***********************, quoted me a price of $440.00 which seemed reasonable but after having my car for 2 weeks, I tried to call him but he NEVER answers his phone or returns text messages.. Very poor customer service. When he finally did reach me he passed me off to some young kid he's got working for him named *** who said the valve covers weren't leaking so we decided to just replace the oil pressure sensor and I asked for him to perform an oil change. Problem 2, besides poor customer service, I later found out he only put 6 quarts of oil in the reservoir when specs clearly call for 8 quarts. After almost a month I went to pick up the vehicle, got it home, i opened the hood and noticed they forgot to replace my engine cover.. This shows carelessness and inexperience, and that's when I checked the oil and saw none on the dipstick so I had to go and purchase 2 more quarts. Gross incompetence at its worst. It was storming outside for 2 days and when I went to check the oil again I noticed a long ***** on the bottom of the passenger side door that wasn't there when it was dropped off by the tow truck driver, I have photos to prove this. The damaged happened while at Al's shop. I let him know about it and he's refusing to accept any responsibility for the damage. I got an estimate for $819.80 from ******************. ** came to my home because he insisted on seeing the car, accused me of causing the damage. My only mistake was not inspecting the car for any damage before I left his garage. They dropped the ball on so many levels in this interaction and I've left numerous negative reviews on social media to warn the public of ever doing business with this shady, unprofessional business and any of its careless, incompetent employees, at Al's.

      ********************* informed me that his vehicle was taken to ***** Auto in ******* ** and didnt have any oil. They diagnosed it (according to *****) and said it was valve cover gaskets.  He then brought it to us to do the valve cover gaskets. 
      Once I checked it, the front of the engine was covered with oil like someone spilled it.  I cleaned the engine off and let it run for approximately 2 hours while periodically checking on it. 
      I informed ***** what I found and asked for him to take the car and drive it so that it could be rechecked. ***** said no rush, and he said that he had numerous vehicles.  I told him that I would get *** to take another look when he could, but I have over 50 cars and would have to squeeze to even look.  *** did and same, said he did not find a major *****
      ***** also asked him to come and get his car to drive it,but he insisted on leaving it.
      I dont think that he listens well to anything and I had to block his number from my cell phone due to his constant calling
      My uncle was his principal and he seems to think that he was the owner of this business, even after telling him that he was never.  Somehow he confused that with he wasnt my uncle.  I believe his mind has issues and I dont have the time for ignorant, non-listening people.
      We have videos of his car being worked on and him picking it up. The damage didnt happen here and anyone that wants to see the videos are welcome to see them. 
      I attempted to show ***** the videos when his cover was delivered and snapped onto his car at his trailer park in Madison.  Also, ***** called *** 3 days after picking his car up to say that it was damaged here and *** did get offended and told him that was ********.
      When I went to look at the scratches and snap the cover on his vehicle engine, ***** constantly made comments about ***, saying he was a liar and my employees would not tell me if they damaged a vehicle.  He also made statements that I was rich and should give him some money or he would slander me and our business.  I took pictures and had considered getting a quote to see what ******* Body Shop would charge.  Before I could even get a quote, ***** sent text saying me or my family would get a dreaded illness like cancer if I didnt pay for his car.  I tried to call him but he sent a text telling me to text, not call.
      All I have to say to him is May *** help you. 
      I have those text messages if anyone would like to read or see them.
