I had window tint put on three vehicles last year and recently noticed one of the back windows is badly bubbling towards the bottom. I called to ask them what could be done as it seems it is defective and I was advised by the female who answered the phone "he had bad tint but he hasn't gotten better tint now" she also stated "we've had some problems with that" as in other people have complained, so they knowingly put "bad" tint on the vehicle ??? Hmm. She said I was more than welcome to have them remove the tint and replace it but since there was no warranty it would be another $110. I asked her how I could be sure "he" would not just put "bad" tint on my car again since he had already done this once (a scheme they are running possibly??) and she just seemed irritated and responded with "it's up to you." So three vehicles of businesses in a matter of a couple of months last year yet clearly my business means nothing to them... and I am left with a "bad" product that "he" at the company knew was bad.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/11/11) */ Sorry for the misunderstanding! Let me clarify a couple of your questions. There is no scheme of installing defective film. We try to the best of our ability to install quality film, although we unknowingly received a defective batch from the supplier we were using. We have since changed suppliers and quality of product is much better. We warranty all film that meets the legal light transmission requirements for the state of Alabama, if the customer chooses to tint darker than legal, there is no warranty available (this is made very clear at time of purchase). However, for those vehicles that return with the problem film that may have come from the defective batch, we replace at no charge. Please stop by our shop and let us take care of this issue for you. Again I apologize for any misunderstanding and failure of customer service on our part! We will strive to improve our processes! The business contacted me and scheduled me to come in and they replaced the defective tint. I am satisfied with the outcome/solution.
