We have bank with exb since we moved to ******* in the last two year they have lied to us treated us like c*** just because were middel clase and dont wear a three peace suit! They made a over ****** mistake and no one could explaine how or why they just keep me standing in the lobby talking between the manager and the teller where everyone could here my information the teller refused to let me talk to manger kept saying shell handel it but she could not i walked out then i go to main branch to try and resolve the issue and other issues with exb was told by ***** it was fixed but it was not it was however just another lie! exb own employes and i-T expert cant explain whats up they just say looks ok on our screen even though i downloade my internet banking and it showed a 900 + mistake that there screen did not thats a big securty risk exspecially when they dont have a clue whats going on . Exb seems to not wont to deal with or help there account holders unless there rich and wear a suit ! Not your everyday working person! And they refused to give me the information to contact the office of the president to inform themBusiness response

Due to Privacy Laws, we can not disclose information regarding our customers or their transactions. We followed our Policy and Procedures in regards to the customer and attempted to resolve the issue in person, by telephone and mail. He wanted to speak only to the President of the Bank, but our President was on leave and does not oversee branch or deposit operations.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:they have done nothing! There lying they tried too fix nothing on top of that they made things worse my bank by the falls stood in the bank watching me try to enter they ignored me so I went to my truck and went through the drive through and the lady said oh were open we just have to buzz you in so I had to back out and go be allowed in my own bank ! There new atm put customer at risk it takes 5 times longer to do a transaction then before people keep removing their card because it takes so long they think its not working every process takes forever and put customers not bank employees at a high risk ! They know this thats why they started locking people out they been robbed twice I know of but they only care about their safety were leaving them and going to talk to the banking commission!
