      ** ************ Received email from acu on **** *** stating I could skip pay for June or July. When i called to do rep advised me it had to be 6 months since last skip pay which was incorrect. Called back 2nd rep advised 1st rep was incorrect and Restrictions where listed no more than 2 skip pays in 12 months . Which I did not have more than 2. Then rep said I did not get email in June which I did. Advised I did . Then I spoke with Doris who advised she would assist and wave late fee due to confusion. Which is great however mis informing through email and then again on recorded line could result in legal actions.

      Very poor managerial customer service skills. Doesn't answer calls for questions, poor attitude, uses sarcasm to customers, has handed out check to others before that were attached to my account and then stated that they couldn't promise that it wouldn't happen again, and when I asked a simple question today on why I needed a cash advance to pay my credit card Stephanie C**** responded with while chuckling "that's like asking why the sky is blue." Extremely unprofessional and very poor customer service skills as a lead in her branch. This credit Union also has outrageous fees and has lost business with my entire family whom had been members for over 14 years. This place has gone downhill quickly and it's very disappointing.
