Same exact thing....THE REBATE IS A SCHEME AND A LIE!!! No matter what their "instructions" are, you will NOT get a rebate. I'm not sure how they are getting away with this, but it needs to stop. Our time is more important than wasting time with SarUSA and they know that.Review from Tyler G

Do not buy from these people. They scammed no telling how many people out of the supposed $30 rebates in the winter of 21/22 promotion. I filed my rebate form out successfully in early *******. I never received a follow up of any kind since then. I decided to reach out to them this week (almost 7 months later), since I was still waiting on the rebate. They sent me a response saying their was a problem with their system not filing the serial numbers correctly and to go on their site and submit it again. That right there shows you that they haven't even been reaching out to people to let them know that they won't get their rebate unless they resubmit their info once again. I still am skeptical that I'll get anything. It looks as though they are hoping people forget about the rebate so they don't have to pay out. They've lost my future business and hopefully other's as well. We can't let companies get away with this shady tactic. I, like many others, wouldn't have bought their **** without the fake rebate, so they deserve to lose business.
P.S. I see they have another $30 rebate scam promotion going on now. Do NOT fall for it

Customer was directed on several occasions to submit the following corrected documents in order to receive a 30.00 rebate in which he has failed to do so. Simple rebate guidelines are published and instructions have been given to several hundred thousand customers from ******** **, 2021 to now in which several hundred thousand rebates have been processed without incident and error. As you can see on any of our social media platform pages and comments left by happy customers ,that customers who follow instructions and submitted their paperwork properly have received their rebate and are extremely satisfied . We cannot control people who wish not to follow simple directions and instructions.Customer Response

I submitted your "instructions" correctly the first time & your next set of "instructions" only came after I reach out to you about the status of my rebate 7 months after I submitted it. Why are you not reaching out to all the people affected and letting them know the rebate will never come unless they go through the same process again? Not everyone has time to chase things down like this or even the documents to submit the rebate form again. You have no response for failing all of those people? I have found many other complaints about this by the way. Zero chance that customers who have went through this ordeal are extremely satisfied.Review from Jim P

I bought SAR * with the $30 rebate within the time frame designated. After 3 months of waiting I received an email, not a $30 debit card.
The email instructions were to click a link to "VIEW" your card information i.e., card #, expiration date and the 3 digit number so I could activate, I assume, virtual card.
To cut to the chase the link IS BAD, does not work no matter how often I tried to access the info.
I made 4 calls and spoke with supervisors twice and the consensus was the company is responsible for the poor, failure of the link and the only way to resolve the problem was to contact SAR USA.
I made 5 calls and sent an email explaining the issue.
After 4 days I received a call from Denis B*** from SAR. Dennis was useless and repletely LIED about what I can do and should do. I believe he is liar, inconstant, and a **** for telling me that I already activated the card. THIS IS A BLAINT LIE from Dennis B***. DENNIS also told me that I can talk to a supervisor, which I had already done 2x, that's twice, and they could access the card information for me to activate the card. Sheer incompetence, foolish if Dennis thinks that anyone can call the supervisor for **** and **** will relinquish such information for card activation.
The 2 supervisors said that ONLY SAR USA CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. SAR can send a new email with a VALID LINK. This is the only way to receive the $30 rebate.
DENNY WAS INFORMED OF THIS BY ME AND HAS FAILED, AGAIN, TO SEND A VALID LINK OR MAIL AN ACTUAL DEBIT CARD AS I REQUESTED.
I WOULD WARN ANYONE TO AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS AND FOOLS. THE STUPITY THAT COMES FROM HIS MOUTH IS NON STOP FOR A ** YEAR OLD.
SO A WORD TO THE WISE, SAR USA REP WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATION.
I talked to a man I met last week and had a similar issue and it took 9 MONTHS, yes 9 MONTHS to even get a response from this horrible company.
There are so many unhappy and dissatisfied people with the customer disserves of SAR USA.
