As a landlord, I attempted to call the office during normal business hours 9AM - 5PM, but the property manager is unavailable. I asked what his office hours are, and they are the same as the business hours. However, I was told the manager keeps their own hours. So I asked what the best time would be to call the next day within the normal business hours, but the receptionist HAS NO IDEA! I asked for a direct phone number to the manager, but they are unable to provide it. The best I was able to do was to leave a message for the property manager in the hopes that they will return my call. There is no customer service here.

We strive to provide industry leading customer service in all facets of our operation, which may include our property managers being out in the field throughout the day meeting with clients and/or tenants. Although office hours are fixed, personnel hours may vary. In understanding your concern, we will focus on better communication between all outside parties and our internal associates moving forward.

Thank you for your response. Mr. Austin O****** did indeed return my call that evening outside of business hours. This complaint was a knee jerk reaction based on my interaction with the receptionist. That's how poorly that conversation went. i would be concerned as a manager of this business how poorly a receptionist received a customer call.
