Brookstone's crew moved my boxes and furniture back into my home last week. They were careful and paid attention to not scratch floors or painted walls. They got a 2-day job done in one day! Kudos to Mario, Marcus, Lupe, and Ant for a job well done!

Brookstone came to our rescue not one but twice when we were hit with floods in July and October of 2021. The team were so reassuring, caring and professional plus did their best to salvage anything possible. They cleared all the damaged items then tackled the mud/muck left behind. They were so much more cost effective than other companies too. That was huge since we did not have flood insurance for the first event. If you ever find yourself in need of these services, I highly recommend them.

I just had Brookstone Restoration move out my furniture, tear out the old wood flooring, and install new LVP flooring in my home. Then Brookstone Restoration put my furniture back in place. ALL of Brookstone's personnel were superb. There are two that I want to single out.

Rachel took charge of removing all my furniture for the floor work. She took care of my furniture, and home, like it was hers. Her work ethic and professionalism are superb. She is a fantastic supervisor and has her eyes on everything. She was in charge of moving my furniture back in, after our floor was completed. Once again, she was all over it! She is just superb at what she does for your company.

The second person I want single out is Kevin M*******, the floor work project manager. After his first visit with me and my wife, Kevin really put our minds at ease. He worked with the budget we had and delivered to us a beautiful new floor. Kevin's communication skills are outstanding. He kept us abreast of timelines and did a wonderful job at following up and request we had for him. Kevin took care of our home like it was his. The finished product in our home was above our expectations. My wife and I could not be happier.

Beginning with the moment you meet Rachael at Brookstone you realize you are with a person who truly cares about you. She is always engaging, available, concerned, and hard working. My house was struck by lightening and caught fire. It had to be gutted under Rachael's professional direction. Whereas progress at times seemed slow I never doubted Rachael's expertise or effectiveness in addressing all my concerns. She worked really hard to inventory a huge number of damaged items that added up to a consequential amount. Rachael took a big load off my shoulders. For the demolition phase of my project I give Rachael high accommodation and would thoroughly recommend her and Brookstone. Brookstone Restorations has handled insurance claims for me twice. They were very professional and timely. I would recommend them to anybody for home repairs whether it be for an insurance claim or handled personally.

This is a warning to all homeowners. Do not use this company. They are understaffed and cannot provide the work they agree to. We are back to square one after wasting several months with this company.

Mrs. *****, I understand your frustrations and apologize for how it ended. We do everything in our power to deliver an exceptional customer experience but sometimes things happen out of our control, especially the current labor and material market. We are actively looking to hire more qualified team members to keep up with growth.
