            I went to this gym because it was down the street from where I then worked. I went once. Not long after signing agreement, my job situation changed and I started working in a different part of town. At that point it would cost me more in gas so I called to have the membership cancelled. Once I told the young man on the phone that I was interested in cancelling and the reason, he told me I would need to bring proof. That was a week ago. When I went today, he was going to cancel, told me to lie and say I was moving out further, and that I would have to pay one more payment. This made no sense to me as I was not able to use their facilities. I asked to speak with a manager or owner, to which he responded I was trying to hook you up. When approached by a manager, when I didn't agree with his statement, I was told that the police would be called and I'd be trespassed. I then received a call from the owner ******************* stating that I was being aggressive. They have not cancelled my membership. After being threatened with police action, I will not be going back. I need my membership cancelled.
