We purchased a 2019 Kia ****** on April 15, 2023. Test drove the vehicle and mentioned to the salesman that it has a strange noise coming from the front end. He stated that theres nothing wrong with the vehicle it was all in my head. Against my better judgement I went with it anyway. A week passed after purchasing it and I took it back to have the service department take a look at it due to this strange noise. The technicians informed me that there were bearings and axle issues going on. They ordered parts and kept it for over a month before returning it to me. At that time I left with the vehicle again with what sounded like the same noise. A few months passed and I finally took it to another dealership to find out that the vehicle needed a cv axle. At this point Im fed up with this vehicle and even more frustrated that I was forced to purchase a lemon. Ive been informed that I literally got charged double the amount that this vehicle is worth and its been giving me problems ever since I purchased it. Over the years I have referred several people to Brady to purchase vehicles and I have to admit that it pains me to have been treated like this.

My car was taken in for a 5 year service warranty check up for the **** 5 year powertrain inspection on 2/28/2023. they replaced the radiator removed the bumper to replace the radiator and evac and recharge AC system., found valve covers left and right leaking oil and installed gasket cylinder head cover replaced left and right side valve cover gaskets.Completed the ***** coolant flush, installed antifreeze coolant, **** cooling system, replace spark plugs and wires.I paid over $2500.00 for the work, 2 weeks later or approximately, I was driving the car it started raining and I notice what looked like smoke, I drove it 10 minutes to the Brady Kilmury all the dashboard iights came on, I turned the car off and a couple of days later they told me the motor was gone. I did not believe them. It was later told to me a hose burst leading from the radiator, one they did not change., I had the car/jeep towed a week or two later, started it up when I got it home and it sounded good and ran well, the tow truck driver had it was not a motor issue for it sound good, we drove it and it ran well. Took it to a repair shop and had to pay for replaced radiator bushings, replace missing bolts in condenser assembly reattached a/c dryer, new lower radiator hose , misc parts ad labor and 2 hose clamps to a total of $440.00. They obviously do not know what they are doing at Brady Kilmury, Lies, unfinished work, SHAME ON YOU ALL. You all owe me and your know it, wanted me to purchase a motor I did not need. LIARS, and had the nerve to ask me about trade-in. Our relationship is terminated.

I was referred to Brady Kilmury by a friend whom said they had a good experience. I went the next day because they had a deal saying they will take your vehicle if you are upside down well that was a lie, they didn't even look at my vehicle. They ran my credit and had me test drive a 2021 Jeep Compass. They told me a price and payment I refused they payment was to high, and then they sent another person over to talk to me. I felt bullied and pressured to purchase the **** He told me if I made a early payment before my 45 day due date it will off set the payment and the payment would be what i wanted to pay and that was a lie. When I signed the contract and told THAT person (finance guy) he agreed with them. When I spoke with my new fnance company they said that's a lie! I took the *** back the NEXT day to return it they atopped me at the door and walked me outside and they would not take the *** back so NOW I'm stuck with a vehicle I can't afford. I will never buy from them again and the people who pressured me to purchase left the dealership two weeks later. I found out they were contracted to work that promotion week. They don't care when you tell them it's to high and you can't afford it. They just want that sale.
