      My ******** have been renting a storage room from a local business Main Gate Self Storage *******************************************************. It was sold over the holidays to a Copper Safe Storage. Physically and signage wise it has not change. Our monthly fee has been paid by check for the past 4 years and either walked into the office or dropped in their mail slot after hours. I was returning from ******** (approx. 10pm) on the second of this month. And dropped our check in an envelop into the mail slot. About a week later my wife said she received a text of about a late fee asset to our January bill. My wife call the company and she was told to right another check and mail it to a different Company and address. And that she could go back to the office and get her old check. I went to the office the next day and surprise the office was lock with a note taped to the door. I looked thru the glass a to observe a pile of mail on the floor. I call the number and explained the situation and was told the business was working remotely from ******* and I would have to write them another check. I said you created this problem and need to pick up everyones late payments that are on your floor of that office. We proceeded to empty out or storage room. On the 15th I peeked thru the front door window and the pile of mail has been removed. However, my wife continues to receive harassing texts and emails to pay our fee and late charges. We completed our move out of the storage unit Tuesday, swept clean. We want to return the access door key. We havent done anything wrong but no one in their remote office can do is say we owe them money and late feeds. Wont even give us an address to mail their access key too.

      I rented two storage units one on 12/13/21 (D2) and the other in 01/22 (C9) and paid both fees. In 01/22, I called to obtain my unit info and ******* told me that I did have any units there. I told her had two units but I had for got the which ones. ******* told me that my unit was B24 but there was no B24 on site. She told me she could not find any units rented in my name. I told her I rented D2 and she told me in was rented to ******* *****. Then she told me she was emailing the manager and they would call me and hung up. I look for my units and called back. I explained what was going on to ******. She said told me that she saw where ******* emailed the manager and they would call me that even. No one did. I called back 02/03/22 to pay my monthly both rentals. This time, ******* told me "I did not have but one unit and I could not pay for other unit because it was not assigned to me. I could wait and pay for the other unit when everything gets straight out". I tried to explain to her that I paid and stored my things in that unit on 12/21. We kept disagreeing so I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said "no, I am the shift supervisor". I asked to speak with her supervisor she said "no" and she kept trying to talk over me. I asked several times and was told me she" did not have a phone number for the supervisor and I would have to email her". She would not give me her supervisor contact information or allow me to pay for both storage units. She told me that I "only had one unit which was C9".
