      The service was requested to repair a gas leak manifested by smell from the gas range. The technician quickly checked the gas range, concluded that there was no leak, collected $115 and left. Then, I used another company whose technician found the leak in the flex line behind the gas range. The Service *** technician did not even care to check the line behind the range! I brought this issue to Service *** attention twice, over email and regular mail indicating that this service was unprofessional and dishonest and that the service fee should be refunded. Non only I did not get a refund, they have not even bothered to respond at all!

      My service person was *****. He was polite and professional. He was able to diagnose my problem within an hour. It needed no repair, so I just paid the $100. to diagnose. He put everything back in place and helped me clean up with vaccum. I'll call them if I have any other problems, and ask for this young man!

      This company was contracted by my home warranty to fix my oven/range combo. A little over a month later, we're experiencing the same issue and the company takes no responsibility for the issue and will require a new claim as it's out of the 30 day guarantee. I tried to give this company a chance to make it right, but they continue to give me the run around.

      Service care provides lousy service, repair delays and inadequate means with which a customer can complain. I'd give them 1 star.

      We have an amazingly different set of facts than this customer, and a lot of happy reviews contradict his opinions about us. 1) "Lousy service" - We repaired his washer, and he's never called us back to say it's not fixed. We arrived at his house in a reasonable time frame, diagnosed it and ordered parts. 2) "repair delays" - Covid has slowed down the turnaround time on parts, but they still arrived in 5 days, and we scheduled for the next available (at the time it was 7 days, but is 1-2 days now). Per our notes, the customer requested we change the appointment to a date 8 days later than that, which isn't a delay we can be judged for. 3) "inadequate means to complain" - I don't know what to say. I checked our company emails, and this customer has never communicated with us about his dissatisfaction. --- All in all, we were called to diagnose his appliance, within days we quoted him and he approved the quote, we repaired it on the day he requested we return, the unit was repaired and he paid the balance, and he never called the owner or emailed us or submitted a complaint on our website. This is the first I knew he wasn't happy. I wish he'd had a better experience, but I can't control how busy we are, how long it takes for us to get parts, and I can't control when the customer requests a later, and more delayed, return service date. I wish him the best, and I'm sorry he's so unhappy.

      Company was prompt in getting a repairman out to us the next door. Repairman was able to fix the problem and explain the cause of the problem. Will definitely use this company again. Excellent service.
