My car was taken there by progressive. When I say that is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Rob the manager is just horrible. Customer service is not a thing for this shop. God forbid you have a simple question, they will rush you off the phone and have an attitude with you. That will tell you one thing and then be doing another on your car and not make the estimated time THEY GAVE. I was told oh I didn’t ask for your car to come here and oh no one told you not to have rental coverage in your policy. The most disrespectful thing I have ever heard in my life by a business. It’s a week later after pick up, my tires were all different PSI see photos, I have roaches in my car because they left my car open for a number of days, my car was unlocked from the time it was there until the time of pick up. They packed my car up and didn’t notify me at all. So if anything is missing god forbid. My car still shakes after the alignment and all. And all to top it off two of my front tire blew and come to find out there’s no spare in my trunk, and my rub seal on my truck is broken and was not broken before it got there. I know for a fact. I tried to put it back right but my trunk doesn’t close if I align it. But as I was told, NONE OF THIS IS THEIR PROBLEM. If I had taken my car else where it would have been 6-8 months. And please don’t try to tell me I’m lying because my Mercedes’ app tells me everytime my car is opened, unlocked and I see the status of everything on my car at all times.

If I can save y’all some frustration & time, I’m gonna do it. So if you’re car needs body work, NEVER go to Hufstutlers unless you want a headache. My car got hit by a deer. I took it there as the insurance person recommended it. They had it done in about a week. The outside looked fine, I didn’t get a close look because I was in a rush to get back to work. I get off work and can finally take a good look at my car. Boy was I in for a surprise. They charged me for a new door, didn’t get a new door, overspray everywhere, paint drops inside, they broke the window seals, knock on the door and something was loose, they didn’t take the dent out, just filled it with bondo & more ?? The following pictures speak for themselves. On top of that, when I went to voice my concerns to the person in charge, he was VERY dismissive about everything I mentioned. I asked if they had quality control & he said they had a person for each step & I said so like 4 people looked at this & they ALL thought it looks good?! ?? He said they would just “buff it out” and “you know how insurance is” and “we’re very busy look at all these cars.” Not ONCE did he apologize for the quality of work or offer to correct it. My insurance guy was great tho. They are taking my car somewhere else to get a corrective job done and Hufstutlers will be paying ??
