      I purchased a 2014 Chrysler 200 used car from Kut Auto Financed, LLC September 23,2022 and On September 25, 2022 the car shut down on the highway on highway I59. They got the car towed to the shop to work on it, they offered a choice to get another car or a refund. But instead they gave me a loaner car until they fixed it and the loaner car was infected with roaches and we didnt complain about it because we was grateful to even have a car to get to work so we clean and vacuum the car out ourselves and it was so many roaches to the point when we got it vacuum out and wash the roaches was still inside it caused roaches to get in our clothes I was so embarrassed to even purchased food from restaurants because roaches would even get in our food, then Wednesday on October 5, 2022 12:50 p.m. they told us our car was ready So we bring back the loaner car and a couple weeks later the heat stop working its cold outside and the heat dont work we was extremely cold going to work so on November 7, 2022 5:45 p.m. we text **** (****** *************************) that the car was experiencing a over heating problem and we took a picture of the dash board to let him know that our car start running hot and he told us to bring it to the shop to get it worked on, And on November 8, 2022 later we was told that our car was ready for pickup and we was told that the mechanics had forgotten to misplaced a plug in a socket Im not specific what it was called back together and at this point we were so patient with them and humble we never once complain to them we got our car back to the heat started working and then on Saturday November 12,2022 we experienced another problem I was on the way to picking my girl up from work and All of a sudden the car started to jerk as of it wanted to just shut off on me and on the way home the car eventually shuts off at a red light and wouldnt crank back up so we decided we dont want car nomore and wanted our money back that they agreed on and they told us no.

      My name is ********************* and I am the owner of Kut Auto. I take complaints very seriously and see the value in building a positive reputation in our community.

      Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond to this complaint from *************************. I think ****** jumped the gun a bit and was probably scared and so I understand how he might have reacted before I had an opportunity to get involved.

      Let me start by saying ****** did nothing wrong. I cant ensure every vehicle is perfect as we offer cost effective transportation that requires older model vehicles to enable them to be affordable for our customers. I dont get them all right all the time. I certainly attempted to fix the issues that came from ******'s purchase of a vehicle from me. It is understandable for a customer to get to a place of not trusting a vehicle. Even though we fix problems after the sale for free, in some cases, that does not solve the issue of reliability. This was the case with ******. I appreciated his patience and I still do not have any bad feelings toward the young man. 

      When I see a vehicle having issues that erode the trust a customer, I know I need to do something. The problem here is that he spoke to my sales person and not to me. Sales people do not have the authority to decide how to take care of a customer. That falls on me and the first time he spoke to me, I told him he was more important than the car and I refunded his full down payment that day and well before I received this notification of a complaint. He was issued a full refund on 11-15-2022 which was one day after he apparently filed a complaint. That said, I wish him well and obviously handled this situation to the fullest possible.
