I had started service with Boost Mobile and I received everything I should have. I was pleased with the speediness but when I went to activate the SIM cards, the phones that I had already checked on the Boost Mobile website. I learned that they could not be activated so I paid for a month of service on two lines and could not use the service. I paid less than $10 for the service so I decided to just call it a loss and port the numbers to another carrier. I proceeded to port the numbers out leaving my boost account with no phones or service. I was then billed for a second month of service because I had setup auto pay. I did not have anything on the account that was even billable. No phones or phone numbers that were active with Boost Mobile. I called customer care and they issued a refund for the second month of service that took 5 days to come in but I learned that this is standard practice for them if AutoPay is setup. They continue to bill even if all of the lines have been ported to another carrier. When they billed the seconod month of service it made my checking account go negative charging a $** overdraft fee. They did return the service for the second month but I am still out the $** fee. One of the numbers from the boost account is **********
