Very poor communication. I hired for chimney inspection. Tech was nice and said a report will sent to email. Verbal report stated chimney did not need cleaning, but crown needed repair, also a chimney pot installed. Mentioned to instal ss pipe to insert and up chimney. I requested a quote for work. He assured me it would be sent to email. I received the receipt for service, that I feel was only partially done(no report). I never received report, quote or saw or received any video. Called too many times to count, if I don't receive an acknowledgment soon I am making this review a complaint and finding a better company.Review from Chelsea P

This company has terrible communication. They did come out and inspect my chimney, with the expectation set forth that they would provide a full inspection report, as well as recommendations and options for fireplace installation appropriate for our home. I paid fully for this service at the time, and at 2 weeks I had to call to request the report that still had not been sent. It took me 3 months, after many calls, and emails that went without any response, before I finally received the report but WITHOUT the recommendations, which was the whole point of getting the inspection. At this time, that was about 2 months ago and I am still trying to get in contact with them for this information. I feel extremely robbed of service that was not cheap, and extremely disappointed.Review from Nancy B

A deposit in the amount of $******** was given to Batt's Chimney back in Nov 2021. We have tried to call them and they never return our calls. We have been waiting for them to start the job they promised and can't get a hold of anyone.
