I moved my direct deposit to this card, because I was told I would be able to create a virtual card, and pull my paycheck off, without having to wait for the physical card. FALSE!!! Spent the first 3 days, on live chat and phone calls, trying to create said virtual card. With no success what so ever. CS telling me they created a ticket, and someone would be reaching out to me. FALSE!!! No one ever reached out. And I've sent emails, live chats, and many phone calls by this time. Finally, on the 3rd night, I got 2 withdrawals from this bull**** account, to my Go2Bank account. Once I realized they went through the next morning, I go to withdraw the rest, and my account is locked, pending "verification". So i send my bank statement, and ID, and wait, and wait, and wait. 3 days later, these people still wont let me get my 120 dollars thats being held hostage. By their bull**** account. Cant get anyone to help me get my money. Even though I've called and begged. and sent and resent everything they've asked me for. Now going on almost a week, they are still holding my money hostage. And wont let me send my money to my bank account, that ive already sent money to from this account. They are literally bull****ing me around. HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE.
