Went into the office on December 20th for cosmetic reasons for one tooth. Dentist recommended work for 3 additional teeth. I inquired about 0% financing and roughly 3 weeks later I received a credit card bill from Care Credit in the amount of $3895.00 for dental work that was not performed. The card's interest rate was over 20%. After receiving the bill, I contacted the office to cancel the service because they had already charged me for work that was not performed and I no longer felt comfortable doing business with them. After calling and visiting several times, I've yet to get a consistent answer on the charges for the work that they did perform back in December.Business response
