We cancelled services with Iron Mountain in October of 2021. They picked up the 3 consoles we had that same month. Every month since then we've been invoiced for 6 unused container charges for consoles we don't have. Every month from November thru March I called to report this to them. Their customer service is overseas and after being on hold for quite a while I was told they couldn't resolve the issue it would have to be done through a different office and they would report it to them. Each time they acknowledged the account was inactive and didn't know why we were consistently being charged for containers we did not have. While a credit would be issued for that particular invoice, the following month we'd be invoiced again. March invoice was received in April by email and I responded the account was closed and we did not have any consoles on our premises. We just received another invoice for unused containers we DON'T have. We're all very busy and do not have time to waste on something that should easily be corrected. This account is closed, why are invoices still being generated for consoles we don't have? Sincerely, Olga Tamez
