Ordered and months later - No product - Refund for amount paid into bill at this time and cancel order/remainder of bill. I have attempted to reach company since I placed the order 2 months ago. If not resolved I will have to go to the attorney general and small claims court.Initial Complaint

I ordered 3 bodysuits from LuuxyFit on 12/5/2023 and they charged my credit card on 12/6/2023. I was emailed with the order confirmation number of 6308. I never received a tracking number or the items that I ordered. I have emailed the customer service team which is the only way of contacting LuuxyFit several times and have not heard anything back from them. Im beyond frustrated about this.Initial Complaint

I ordered a body suit on November 11, 2023, I received a confirmation that payment was received and given confirmation order #****. I waited a few days and i email the company inquiring about tracking number and when order would be shipped. The response was order is being processed and I would receive tracking number. So far I have not gotten a tracking number and emails are not being responded to. I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

My belt arrived today with broken pieces that are supposed to attach to the belt. Instructions are very vague and the ball does not spin properly. On your website you have a refund policy, my package arrived yesterday and is nothing like your website description I have added photos, my belt came with broken pieces as well nothing to fasten it the picture below from your site is what I paid for yet I received the product in my pictures Luuxy agreed to a refund on Sep 14th however they have not completed that refund.
