Contacted Mr Electric by phone from my home in Athens, AL and scheduled a Friday, Aug 27,2021 appointment to have a light installed at my mother's in Birmingham, Al. Specified that appointment needed to be after 1000 hours since I was driving down from Athens that morning. The lady on the phone took my request and I thought the job was scheduled. Arrived in Birmingham Aug 27 and called Mr Electric to try to find out what time I could expect to see the electrician. After searching their records I was told that there was no appointment for me. I was also told that they couldn't work me into the day's schedule. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor was in a meeting but that I would be called later by the supervisor. That call never came. Mr Electric is not a first class organization, having screwed up my appointment they should have been willing to address the matter with, they should also address the matter with the employee that failed to book my appointment instead they chose put me off with a meeting excuse and then not call me at all. This is a shoddily run operation and I will let my people know this.
