            I contacted this business in October 2022 for a stucco job. I agreed to the quote I was giving. Work begin in November 2022. This company has never completed the job correctly. The owner will hardly ever answer calls or text messages. Ive had to call this company at-least 4 times about the job that had been done. Every time this company comes out to see the work done, FHP says its a bad job and attempts to fix the issue but continues to make the same mistakes. They have fired numerous contractors because of bad work according to the owner whenever decides to answer to return any calls. Now its June 2023 and still this issue hasnt been resolved.

            ********************* from FHP hired me to install some cabinets. I sent him an estimate laying out exactly what I was going to do, he gave me the go ahead to get started on it but never communicated with the homeowner about what I was doing. The homeowner was not happy with any of the cabinets I installed. Now ***** refuses to return my phone calls or reply to any of my messages so I can collect my money for doing the work that he specifically told me to do.

            You are right to say that the customer does not like the work, but it is because you did shotty work, argued about completing the job and then tried to charge an additional rate to come back and finish. You sir are the one who changed the terms when you installed nice and good cabinets with sub par craftmanship. You spoke poorly an unprofessionally of the company while on the job site with our FHP customer that we brought you in on a job to work on, upsetting the customer and resulting in a lot of unnecessary stress. I have picture that show the poorly installed cabinets and the messages where you tried to charge extra to finish the job. The customer can confirm all of this. You are angry because you behaved unprofessionaly, put everyone in a tight spot to clean up your work and then still expected to be paid after you did not complete the job. Where is your signed contract? It states the terms of the agreement.
