Okay, so May 21st, my mother passed away due to a drug overdose. She has 4 children. One daughter that was running the streets with her. Doing the drugs she was doing. I spoked with New JMW funeral home on the matter being that her body had been brought there, Im assuming. Well, I warned New JMW not to do business with my little sister from the jump. Being that she, along with my mother, are not suitable for handling such and emotional situations(let alone, by herself). Well, Mr. “*****” of JMW (due to his lack of ability to use common sense and, I’m sensing, pure laziness) decided to ignore my wishes and let my little sister ******* ****** do ALL of the process by herself which is highly illegal. They did have Esignatured from my two other siblings, but this process has been the absolute worst experience of my life. Mr. ***** got defensive last time we spoke because I was upset at the fact that I had already taken off from my job in order to handle my mothers funeral arrangements, paperwork, etc. and Mr. ***** being his narcissistic, egotistical norm, told me several times “One sibling cannot do this by themselves” (WHILE ALSO claiming that “he thought I was the Brother of the deceased”, whereas I’m the Son and Told him that several times on the phone. Finally, I waited two whole weeks after Not hearing from JMW so I called again got no answer, waited another week and called three more times still no answer. That evening I sent an email to J?? MW funeral home and the other Director of the funeral home finally called me and said that my mother’s ashes had been back from cremation for about four days and that Mr. **** had neglected to call us this other Director also informed me that this is probably Mr. *****’s last week for lack of capability of doing his job correctly. When Mr. ***** found out that the other Director had told me yesterday Wednesday, June 22 that I could come today Thursday, June 23 to pick up my mother’s ashes, Mr. ***** suddenly called my sister.
