Not a honest business. I gave a deposit of 930 on 4/27/23. I never received a call from them about when they were coming out to start working. I called on 5/4/23 and ******* told me that they had to order everything, ok. I called back on 5/12/23 because I still havent received a call from them about when they were coming out to get started. I called again 5/15/23 to ask for a refund, because I didnt feel good about how they were handling the situation. ******* told me that she would have to talk with ***** the owner and she would call me before 5pm, I never received that call. I called 5/16/23, no one answered the phones. ******* texted me back and said that she had not forgotten about me and soon as she talk with *****, she will call me. I dont understand what is the problem, I paid you money that you have not done anything for me yet, just refund me the money I paid you, it should be easy enough. Today is 5/17/23, I will be calling gutter helmet, as soon as I get done writing this complaint. This is ridiculous, and bad business behavior. I shouldnt have to keep calling the business to get my money, because the business has not supplied me with any business. The same way I gave gutter helmet my money for nothing, I want my money back the same way I have given it to you. What is so hard about that, unless gutter helmet have spent my money and cant give it back right now. That is not my problem. I have HOA in my neighborhood and I will definitely warn them about gutter helmet.

Did great job with everything they were contracted to do. Couldnt be happier.
