********************* with Overflow Heating and Cooling came out to my residence back in January of this year, which was two months ago now, to replace a blower motor and put an air handler filter in. He replaced the blower motor, but told me he forgot the filter at the shop and would come back the next morning and put it in. I went to check later on and saw it wasnt there, that he never came and put it in. I called and asked him about it, he told me he forgot. I understood, and I asked him to please bring it soon as he could. I have been asking him almost daily since March 25th to please bring the filter. Hes told me hed do it the next day, that hes been backed up and had a lot going on. Again, *** tried to be understanding but my husband and myself have both texted him recently and hes not replied at all to give any idea when hes gonna complete the job. *** went to the extent of asking him to just drop it off at my residence. Feels like Im just being brushed off at this point. I just want my air filter Ive paid for. The whole reason I needed a blower motor was because previous filter was bad, so I imagine if Im running my unit with no filter, its not good for the unit.
