Medical West Hospital has filed a credit claim on my account for a ER hospital visit that was not mine. We, my husband and myself, have called them multiple times to correct their error, with promise of fixing the billing issue, however, I just received a letter in the mail saying they have turned my account over to a credit solutions company. I took ******* ******* ***** to the ER while she was visiting Birmingham. She provided her own military ID along with her SSN for billing purposes, however, since she was only 17 at the time, they requested mine as well. We made it very clear that her mother has sole custody of *******, and that she is under her Tricare insurance. *******'s SSN is XXX-XX-XXXX, and her mother's is XXX-XX-XXXX for billing changes necessary. They are located in ****** ******, VA as of now. After giving this information to the billing personnel, they still starting sending bills to my home, addressed to a ******* *****, which is not even the correct spelling of my name. So you can see how much attention to detail they are paying. The amount owed is $695.75 on the Holloway Credit Solutions, LLC letter I just received. This amount is also incorrect, as Tricare covers all ER and hospital stays or bills for the military. Please contact Medical West or Holloway Credit Solutions to find resolution for this issue. I need this removed from my credit report immediately. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.
