I have for over a year been trying to get my name removed from the * O book, which I was blocked from a car I paid for in cash. Since my beginning employment for over eight year I have purchased all of my vehicles cash or money order. I have never had an issue until I visited and auction in ************. I was an manager/ officer from a previous employer **********. I am no longer employed by this company and *** has poorly communicated how I can get removed. I asked for the policy in writing and the requirements in writing and have not received any information but hearsay over the phone by the agent assigned to me. I own two companys and make over ****** in income. This employee still says I dont qualify for removal because he want to see my purchases that have nothing to do with the industry and his now new requirement is that I put 300 dollars in an account and leave it there for three months when I showed proof of over $5000going through one of my accounts monthly. I have not had any income since the block march of 2024 so my actual income does not reflect from car purchases prior to this block only the income I received from my companies. He then in the conversation yells at me and tells me to shut up which is highly unacceptable you dont speak to anyone in that matter for any reason. I have been asking this employee assigned to my case for over a year what do I need to do so I can move forward. He is refusing to give me the requirements in writing. He is refusing to give me the companys policies. I strongly feel he is discriminating me from getting removed I do not want to deal with this very disrespectful Unprofessional person. This is how I make an income for my family and for a person with this type of mannerisms and behavior should not represent any company in customer service if I dont receive a resolution I will file a lawsuit against this company. The issue at hand is a vehicle that was purchased at the auction in ************ on which the auction was unable to collect. The vehicle was paid for over a month after it was purchased.
