I was involved in an accident in which I was not at fault on December 14th, 2021. This company was listed as the insurance for the man who hit us. I called and reported the incident on December 15th. They took my name and information and I never heard back. I called again and they did the same thing. I called again and told them I needed a call back. I did finally receive a call back to tell me they are a broker, another person handles the claims, and I will hear from them. I heard nothing. After calling several times and being passed ****** over several days and weeks, each person promising to call me back and not doing it, I finally talk to a woman who says it wasn't filed until January 6th because they didn't think the guy who hit me was at fault. They would have known he was at fault if anyone had bothered to speak with me and hear what happened, but they never did. It is now January 25th and despite calls to them, I have still heard nothing from this company and gotten no help in getting my car fixed. As far as I know, nothing has happened that to get me any sort of money to fix my vehicle. It's unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I need them to contact me and I need my vehicle fixed.
