We hired TU Landscape Services (TULS) IAW Estimate: October 6th, 2022.We paid in full: $28,046.80 We went to great lengths to provide exact landscape diagrams, hand drawn ideas, pictures, explanations of work we expected upon completion and all landscape expectations were documented and approved by our local HOA in Chelsea *********** line is, on November 30th, 2021, we purchased a newer house in Chelsea **** (built in 2019) the previous owners did not care for the outside landscape because of their divorce. We wanted an entire NEW LOOK and so we hired TULS to remove ALL of the current landscape, grass, bushes, small trees, etc. and replace with all newly purchased Landscape and Hardscape IAW the proposed/approved HOA Architectural Project Approval.Our Nature of Dispute is TLUS did not kill/remove all the Bermuda Grass at time of installation, they did not bring in clean topsoil, did not lay the Zoysia Sod on an EVENLY graded/leveled surface and did not pay attention to detail when cementing in pathway stones, edging stones, etc.TLUS has made a few attempts to address the:o Cement work they tried to clean the sloppy residue that they didnt clean as they worked and attempted to repair some cracks/voids (missing cement) using caulk, still not finished.oUneven sod they came out putting sand in areas in an attempt to try to level and the attempt was basically fruitless, it just added to the unsightly mess. What needs to be done is have the grass areas Top Dressed using masonry sand which is finer than plain sand.Additional information and explanations ie. text messages, emails, pictures on our behalf can be provided, there is just so much that I can attach / explain.
