An extended warranty on any vehicle should cost something, right? I agree. And I get that each warranty for different make/model may be different in price. Understandable. And I would think that when purchasing that warranty at the dealership that they would be the one honoring that warranty. Agreed?... well how is it that the finance manager there can charge you whatever he feels he wants to for that warranty.. should it not be a set price offered to everyone EQUALLY by Hyundai. You would think! This guy tried to offer it to me for a crazy price, much more than the one my husband purchased on his Tahoe. We said no thank you... then he comes back and offers it $2,000 CHEAPER than before...ummm excuse me... now I'm mad..no furious on what this guy just tried to pull. How is this even allowed. I was so disgusted with the audacity of this guy, I signed the paperwork and left both an unhappy customer and without a fair opportunity to an extended warranty. To think how many people ya'll did wrong. I get a dealership has to make money.. that's on the purchase of the vehicle not the warranty.. because where was that $2000 going he tried to charge the first time..in his pocket??? Never, will I ever purchase from *** Burke or Hyundai or recommend anyone to purchase from them.

I have a 2008 Hyundai Veracruz. The shop opens up at 7 and I got there at that time. It was 4 cars ahead of me so I expect to be there for a minute but not almost until closing time. How is it that everyone has came and gone, except me. It was recall part that they were fixing and so I feel that they decided to push my car to the end just because they can. It is not right. I come out to check and make sure everything is going well because I’m thinking they are almost done and I see that my car has not even been touched. Therefore, they did everybody car that came in after me and just said forget my car. I’m literally sitting and looking and my car not be touched. Maybe 30 minutes or more I finally see someone go toward my car and then they began to lift it to start working on. Brian W******* is by far the absolute worse. I just don’t see how I’m nowhere near ready and I been here since 7 and it’s now 12. How is that?
