      ON FEB 8TH 2022, I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM IRON CITY FORD IN ********** **. BEFORE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE, MY SALESWOMAN ********************* AND MANGER *********************** STATED THAT THE VEHICLE ***** SYSTEM WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OU THE PROBLEM AND WOULD OFFER **** DOLLARS OFF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE VEHILCE. aFTER NEGOTIATING THE ***** OF THE ***** THE FINANCE MANGER STATED THAT THE **** OF VEHICLE THAT IM PURCHASING I HAVE TO GET A WARRANTY FOR THE VEHICLE TO COVER ANY AND ALL REPAIRS SHOULD THEY ARISE. i AGREED TO IT AND PURCHASED A **** DOLLAR ENDURANCE WARRANTY THROUGH THE DELAERSHIP PLUS A 2000DOLLAR MANDATORY ADAVANTAGE WARRANTY THAT THEY STATED COULD NOT BE REMOVED FROM THE PURCHASE OF THE VEHICLE BECAUSE IT WAS COMPANY POLICY TO CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA COVERAGE. aFTER A FEW MONTHSI SATRTED HAVING CAR TROUBLES AND RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO IRON CITY FORD FOR REPAIRS AND HAD TO COME OUT OF MY POCKET FOR A RENTAL CAR FOR TWO WEEKS BECAUSE THEY HAD NO ***** VEHICLE AVAILABLE. AFTER GETTING MY VEHICLE REPAIRED I ENCOUNTERED ANOTHER PROBLEM THIS ***************. I SPOKE WITH THE ** AND SERVICE MANGER AND THEY STATED THAT I WOULD HAVE TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE MYSELF BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME WAS A COURTESY. AFTER EXPALING THAT I JUST PURCHASED THE VEHILCE AND MY CIRCUMSTANCE THEY RELUCTANTLY REPARED BUT TRIED TO CHARGE ME **** DOLLARS FOR THE REAPIR. AFTER OBTAINING MY VEHICLE I WENT TO AUDI OF BIRMINGHA TO HAVE A THOUROUGH INSPECTION AND LEARNED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A WRECK AND WAS NEVER REPORTED. ALSO, A SALESMAN THAT WORKED THERE ADVISED ME THAT ANOTHER SALESMAN HAD THE VEHICLE AND TAMPERED WITH WIRING FOR THE ***** SYSTEM TRYING TO INSTALL AN AFTERMARKET SYSTEM AND CAUSED A SHORTAGE AND HAD KNOWLEDEGE THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN A WRECK. NOW ON MARCH 22ND 2023 MY VEHICLE STOPPED WORKING AND I HAD IT TOWED TO THE ORIGIANL DELAERSHIP WHICH IS *************** NOW. MY VEHICLE HAS BEEN INOPERABLE FOR OVER TWO MONTHS AND THE WARRANTY PURCHASED WITH VEHICLE I CANT USE BECAUSE THE WARRANTY DOSES NOT COVER THE REAPIRS FOR THE VEHICLE. IM LOOKING FOR RESOLUTION TO THIS NIGHTMARE BECAUSE NOT ONLY IM SPENDING MONEY FOR A MONTHLY NOTE IM TRYING TO SAVE UP TO HAVE MY CAR REPAIRED WHICH I HAD TO HAVE TOWED TO ANOTHER DELARSHIP FOR REPAIRS BECAUSE THEY SATED THEY DONT WORK ON THE **** OF VEHICLE THAT I HAVE.

      I have sold a vehicle , then purchased a brand new vehicle from iron city. When I decided to sell my new vehicle to a competitor and purchase a different make/model of vehicle I contacted iron city Ford to cancel my extended warranty which has a cash value. I have talked , emailed , texted with their finance department since September 15th 2021 and have not received resolution. I then have contacted the main line phone number for iron city , and have asked for the general manager. At which time I have never been able to speak to about this issue. I have left multiple calls with my information , and have not heard from the GM to help support resolution on this matter.

      I bought a band new car on 6/23/2021 from Iron City Ford ***************** ********** Al XXXXX. I have bought 2 brand new cars from them in 5 years. This one is the 3rd. The air went out during the test drive but I was told that it just needed to be charged. Well that wasn't the case and it was going to take 2 months to get the parts due to the pandemic. They wrote me a letter stating that they would reimburse payments until I got my car back due to the inconvenience. Well its going 3 months and the car isn't ready. They also told me the manager that gave me the letter isn't there anymore so they won't be honoring the promise. I feel that the promise was only to get me to keep the vehicle pass *** timeframe to void the contract. I feel like Iron City acted in Bad Faith. The purchase of a new vehicle was solicited by them. They called me while I was getting my oil changed stating that they wanted to buy my 2019 Escape due to the low miles. I wasn't even in the market for a car.

We provided a loaner vehicle the entire time the vehicle was here as a courtesy at no expense to the consumer. The company should honor the letter provided to me by management and provide me the 2 car payments. The only reason I agreed to continue with the purchase was because they stated they would reimburse me for the payments during the time I didn't have my vehicle and they had already taken my trade. They claimed that it was going to be a simple fix. It took a week for them to tell me that it would be two months before I would get my car. I spent the whole summer without my car. They wouldn't call me back when I inquired about the car and they didn't order the parts until I visited several times.

      I bought a car from them July 3 2021. It's been a run around since I been dealing with iron city. Not professional. Want call you back. I traded in a vehicle first they took my after market sounds out. When I received them in the mail my speakers was totally destroyed they say they wouldn't replace them. It took almost 3 months for them to pay off my trade in. And to top it off they keep giving me the run around like they have sent my plates and tags to Illinois when they haven't. I can't even drive my vehicle because of the tags are expired they sent me. And Mike Jones is worthless. I will never tell anyone to purchase any vehicle from here. Not profit by the least. And I'm still waiting on a call back

I have apologized for the delay in reference to his tag and title work, I also have sent Mr. ***** several temporary tags, and I have sent all of his documents to the DMV on 10/06/2021 UPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXX. I have also mailed him a check for $267.25 ck#**** to be used however he would like.

      I purchased a vehicle from IRON CITY FORD in March of 2021. I initially purchased the extended warranty, and GAP coverage. I called the next day to cancel these services. They said they would be cancelled. I have driven an hour back to the dealership twice in an attempt to have the money I paid for these items refunded and it is now nearly September and they still have not fixed the situation. This has cost me unnecessary interest fees, and prevented me from being able to refinance at a better rate. They never follow through like the say they will and when I call they never return my phone call. At this point I am requesting a refund directly from IRON CITY FORD in the amount of $xxx to cover the refund of the extended warranty, the GAP coverage, excess interest fees, mileage and gas from having to drive to the dealership due to them refusing to return my calls.
