            On March XX XXXX I paid 1000.00 to Voyles Chrysler Jeep in ********** Al on a Jeep they already had ordered, they couldn't give me a date of when it would come in, but they took the deposit from me. All they gave me was a receipt with the amount collected. I found a Jeep in stock at another dealership and called Voyles to tell them I had found another jeep in stock and at that time the told me my deposit was non refundable if they would have disclosed that information I would have never given them my money.

            The worst service experience I have ever had. They flushed the transmission at the start of October 2023 and has not run correctly since then. They had it 3 weeks and said it was fixed but the problem recurred. They finally came to conclusion that it needed a new transmission telling me this on 11/28/23. I was finally told that it will be ready 12/18/23 or 12/19/23. Of course the manager is off today, ******************** is "sick", and the ******* doesn't know about my vehicle. This has been my experience every time I call them. Three times I have asked for a call from general manager, but I have never received a call. The WORST service department. I will never buy another Jeep if I have to deal with Voyles CDJR
