My son purchased a jacket back on June 17th, 2023. On August 2, 2023 he received an email that the order had been cancelled and that they had refunded him the money, but there is no sign of the refund going to his account. Back in November 2023, I placed an order again because my son really wanted their jacket, fast forward to February 2024 after multiple emails, I have not received the jacket. I keep getting emails stating that they had delays in their shipment and that they would be sending out the tracking soon. The last time I heard that was February 2nd, 2024. It is really disappointing that this company is out here saying that items will be shipped or that they submitted a refund but in my sons case, the did the refund back in August and yet he never received the refund. We had ordered a sweatshirt for $65.00 from this business on December 3, 2022. We have not yet received the sweatshirt. My wife's credit card was charged for the item. Multiple emails were sent with no response. After a more direct email was sent did we hear back. Feb 6, 23 a shipping confirmation was sent but tracking number did not work. Same thing happened on Feb 12, 23 with same results. A mass email was sent saying they are having problems with there suppliers. No business should charge a credit card without sending out the product first. No phone number is listed to speak with anyone, emails are an auto response or not answered at all. As of March 7, 2023 we have not received the sweatshirt, an email or shipping confirmation. We are at a dead end.Business response

I placed an order on 11/25/23 for a shirt and some pants. The amount was for $55. Order number *****. I have emailed the company on the following dates about where the order is and either shipping the items or giving me a refund and cancelling the order: 12/12, 12/28, 1/17, 1/24. On 1/25 they created a shipping label but did not ship the item as of today. I then contacted them again by email on 2/2. Every time I have emailed them I have received an auto reply which simply apologizes to everyone who emails them but have never actually received an email from an actual person. I would like to either have my order or my money back. Its been 2 and a half months since I ordered this. It was supposed to be my sons Christmas present. Its now way past Christmas.Business response

This order has been refunded and will not be fulfilled! All refunds take up to 30 business days according to Shopify!

I places an order on 11/4/22 for $65. The first email I sent in December they responded saying they were working on the order and to give them time since their items are handmade. So I gave them several more weeks and then sent another email on 1/9 requesting to either get my order or a refund and have not gotten a response from them.Business response
