These people are amazing ! ****** was so helpful and just went beyond to help me find the perfect rug for my new addition bedroom. The store is beautiful and theres so many rugs to choose from. Was blown away not only by the selection, but the willingness of the Nilipour family, (specifically ******), to show me any rug/size rug I was interested in exploring. They had a team there to flip through the heavy selection of rugs for me, they never acted impatient, and ****** did an amazing job walking me through the pros/cons of different rugs for my den. THE BEST PART was that ***** and her team delivered a couple of rugs for me to try in my house the same day, they laid the new rug pad, and they took away my old one. It was the easiest possible way to make a purchase like that- I will be back!Review from Jeri C

We recently needed to replace a large rug and went to Nilipour Rugs as they have cleaned our rug many times and did a wonderful job. ****** and staff were very patient and helpful with assisting us to select a rug that best worked in our space and we couldn't be happier! Our new rug is of high quality, was fairly priced and is a beautiful addition to our home. I highly recommend using Nilipour rugs - their staff is very knowledgeable in cleaning, repair and sales of new items. Nilipour did a fantastic job cleaning and repairing my grandmother's 100-year old oriental rug. I have never seen it look so lovely! The colors are so vibrant now! Because of this wonderful experience, we have returned several times to purchase rugs from Soraya. It doesn't matter if we are looking for a big rug or just a small one - Soraya always gives us her full attention. She is knowledgeable and so helpful. Like others, I agree that she is able to very quickly help us hone in on just a handful of rugs to consider from the entirety of their large inventory. We have been delighted with our purchases and our shopping experiences at Nilipour. Their rugs are high quality and competitively priced, and their customer service is simply outstanding. We happened by Soraya’s rug store while passing through Birmingham. Soraya knows rugs in general and her rugs in particular. With just a few pics and fabric swatches she had the perfect rug for our living room- colorful, interesting, like a piece of art on the floor. The amazing thing is that it all got done without wasted time piling through rugs and deliberating. She had it ready for us, and it works. If finding the perfect rug is an overwhelming task for you, then this is the place to go.Review from Candi A.

Believe me when I say this is the place to buy rugs. Their customer service is like no other. Soraya is a person you can truly trust that will go above and beyond to find exactly what you want. My husband and I have purchased rugs from her for years. We recently built a new home and she helped us pick out the perfect rugs for each room. I never knew how much rugs can change your home. These rugs are so unique and they are one of a kind. Over dyed are truly my all time favorite. I love going in each room of my house and knowing these rugs will last a lifetime.
