      My husband and I were in a car accident on August 16,2020. A man backed into our vehicle at ******************. We obtained Alexander Shunnarah. and we have had 4 different lawyers. ********************* and ****** were our last attorney. ********* who said he was Mr. ******************** nephew, called us on Jan 17. said we were getting ****** dollars each but we had to pay our insurance medical bills back So it would be ***** each this has been going on for over 3 years Now they wont even answer the phone, ***** told us to sign release form on Feb 23 and we have not heard from them.

       Also, we were scheduled for court on Jan. 10 and she canceled it.

      The firm takes a very longtime to disburse settlement funds. The responsible parties insurance company issued a check on October 11th 2023. Today is November 3rd 2023..NO CHECK from the client trust has been given to me! DO NOT USE ALEXANDER SHUNNARAH!!! The attorney who represents this office in **********, ** has been a pleasure to deal with, He is not responsible for the buffoonery to get paid by these clowns.

      On 2/3/22 I was in a car accident with my son. I was in the right lane and the car beside me in left lane tried to switch lanes and hit me. My son was in the back seat passenger side and luckily was not hurt. He is traumatized by the accident so I requested to file a lawsuit against the driver for myself and my son. I hired Alexander Shunnarah to represent me and my son. They started on my case on 2/9/22. Their insurance company admitted fault and paid for my car to be fixed. I went to an urgent care center for my injuries. My arm/wrist hurt and low back pain. My legal aid was *********************************. In April I contacted them about my case and they said they were still working on it. Then on 5/17 they said they were working on my demand letter. Then on 6/23 I contacted them again about my case and was told that ************************* was reviewing my demand letter. On 8/17 I emailed again asking about my case and was told it would go out ASAP. On 9/21 I emailed again asking for an update and this time no one responded. So I called the office a couple of times and was unable to speak to anyone. Then earlier this month I finally talked to someone and I was told that ********************** no longer worked their and unfortunately my case slipped through the cracks but now ************** was for sure making my demand letter. I told them that this was unacceptable for a firm this big to do this. They apologized and said someone would reach out to me ASAP. On 11/14 ************** emailed me to say that my demand letter was mailed out and I should hear something within 30 days. I emailed back to ask if I could see a copy of the demand letter and I have yet to hear anything. At this point I do not feel they are doing their job representing me or my son and I want this case to be settled immediately.

      Date: Accident occurred on 2/12/2021 Attorney who have worked: ************** and *********** Case manager: dawn evans Complaint: After 18 treatments with chiropractor no settlement information Vehicle repairs had to be reported to insurance commissioner. Attorney ********* quit and Case Manager was fired. *********** does not provide case information and when the case will be settled. Attorney and previous case manager had told me would settle 30days after receiving bill from Chiropractor. He always ask the same questions when calling for updates. The insurance company is ***** Insurance...need more treatments and money to pay for services. Can not go to Chiropractor because they have not been paid. The last settlement amount was at 5,000.00 then told only want to pay 4,000.00 only and pay chiropractor from that amount. This is a Nightmare and stress!

      I hired lawyer ****** ****** from this company months ago, I hadn't been kept in the loop at all on what's going on with my case and 9/16 I found out my lawsuit was not filed, she said I told her not to file it which isn't true since that's the only reason I hired her but That isn't a big deal since I assume it can still be filed but she will not respond to any of my emails, I've sent multiple and she will not call me back. I tried calling multiple times&received an answer once and after I told her who I was she acted like she couldn't hear me and hung up. I then called back 3x with no answer which is why I think she was just pretending she couldn't hear me,if she really couldn't she would've answered the phone. I called the next 2 days also with no answer and left a voicemail with my call back number. Theres a check made out in my name&the lawyers office that they should have asked to be resent to them like I was told &the lawsuit still needs to be filed so ignoring isn't an option.
