If I could give zero I would. I had this company for a long time. I had problems but kept sticking with them thinking it would get better. They would spray and I would still see bugs! They kept telling me this was normal. Management would come out and it would get somewhat better and eventually would get bad. This final management change in late 2021 was the final straw. I contacted them for a re-service. One of my quests had a bug to crawl on her shoulder while sitting on the couch. When the technician came out and I tried to get him to spray the area where this had occurred, he stated that they did not spray around baseboards any longer they only treat under the sink and bathroom pipes. However, they would be happy to put glue boards in my home wherever I saw a spider or bug (we are talking about every room in the house!). They had no thought for any children in the home. Additionally, they no longer would do return calls. I called the office to complain, talked with the manager explained what had happened and he set me up for a return call for someone to come out. However, no one showed up or called to reschedule the missed appointment. However, they did send the bill and increased the price of quarterly service. Needless to say, I have already found another pest company and they are great!! They have treated my home twice now and I have yet to see a bug or spider and I feel so secure in knowing that my guests won’t be seeing anything in my home. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Starks. This company provides terrible service. However, I do thank them for forcing me to get another pest company which has turned out to be the best thing that this company has ever done for me. Continuing to see bugs in your home when you are paying for service is not normal as this company will repeatedly tell you.
