Shameful. Really. Not only are the prices insanely high, but the quality of pet you will find there is awful. I wish I could post photos on this review but I cant. The animals are not properly houses, taken care of or even fed. They have "rescue" animals that are not rescues. They purchase them from people on ********** or adds then throw them into unsanitary and unsuitable living environment and **** up their price to receive profits. Reptiles are skinny, sickly and not given proper feed or lighting. Rodents are housed without water and soiled bedding. Birds are left to their own accord to eat their own droppings. Fish tanks are so full of algea you cant even see the fish, accessories are 3 times as high as anywhere else in town. Live bug feed storage is never cleaned. They have mounds of trash, random toys and supplies stacked to the ceiling. Yes the folks are nice but the conditions for these animals are deplorable. I wish someone coule go ****** all the animals there and provide them with reputable rescues for their care and health. Shameful business. They need to shut down! 1 star is even a compliment.Review from SH S

The whole place is disgusting and hasnt changed in 15 years. The outside definitely reflects what is on the inside and I am not sure why they are allowed to have living creatures inside their store to sell. They need to be shut down.Review from David K

Most disgusting pet store I have ever been in. Had a large bird in a small cage, and his food bowl directly under his perch. Which meant that when he pooped, he pooped right onto his food. We actually saw him do this while we were standing there. The animal habitats were filthy! It was piled high in every corner with junk and garbage. And don't even get me started on the smell. Yes, I know pet stores, by nature, will have a smell, but this was so bad we couldn't even stay in there. One lady commented to her companion, let's get out of here before we get sick, I can't even breathe. And she wasn't lying, it was horrendous! I feel so bad for the animals/reptiles that have to live there. Will never go back there, and certainly would not buy an animal from there. We ended up going elsewhere for the turtles we were looking to get.Review from Cameron S

It’s a wonderful store I think all the naysayers who say this is dirty, Tanks are dirty have no clue about aquariums, some fish prefer tanks with algae they eat it idiots. I challenge all you pet store experts to try an run a pet store for a year see how you match up. Most of you couldn’t hold a ***** **** Much less run a businessReview from Steven S

Horrible place... Everything is dirty and nasty. The fish tanks are not clean. The guy in there has a problem with people who wear masks, and made false statements about covid-19. Will never go back and we'll tell everybody what a horrible place it is. Look on Google at the pictures in the reviews... I cannot believe this place even is in operation...
