"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my experience at Papa Johns #***. I was subjected to discrimination during my tenure; I was told training was 5 weeks, after just 2 weeks I was abruptly let go. However, what is perplexing is the inconsistent and fragmented training I received. When I spoke with GM ***** to inquire about the decision, she offered a vague explanation, stating that it was more than just the computer work. Also, she stated that she was "just doing what she was told".However, she could not provide any further details to clarify the situation. It was disheartening to hear that she was willing to follow orders blindly, even if it meant disregarding my performance and abilities. I also reached out to the District Manager, *************************, to express my concerns. However, my experience with him was equally disappointing. He was defensive, rude, and unprofessional before I could even articulate my concerns. Papa Johns has a responsibility to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and without bias. Several concerns arise regarding the quality of service and sanitation at this franchise location. Firstly, AGM ***** and her boyfriend were observed smoking vapes inside the restaurant while on duty. This not only violates company policies but also compromises the health and safety of customers and employees. Secondly, insiders were spraying cleaning products over open food on the makeline during business hours. Thirdly, on occasions, insiders swept up trash and proceeded to make pizzas without washing their hands. In conclusion, my experience at this franchise location was far from satisfactory. I was discriminated against, received inconsistent and fragmented training.This was definitely not a Set You Up For Success Atmosphere, but more like a Sabotage You Up For Success!!!"
