      I paid all of this rent to be kept up every weekend by the club across the street. Living conditions are nasty. ***** infested apartments. I had roaches crawling in my bed and it is unacceptable. Been to the rent office to get maintenance to come fix some things and its been 7 months and I never gotten the problems fixed, but yet they are renovating for new tenants.

      Ive been living at ********************** since September of 2022. Since move in, none of my maintenance concerned have been fixed, nor even addressed. On my move in date, none of my closet doors were completely hung, due to them being broken. The toilet seat appeared to be burned through with a curling iron, and the cabinets in the bathroom still had the previous tenants belongings in them. The cabinets and drawers in the kitchen were full of house roaches and old grocery bags. The refrigerator door handle was broken. Among a few other minor issues. Its not fair to tenants that the only time management checks on anything is when rent is late. Ive attempted to contact them on several occasions, including one EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE call because my one and only toilet was malfunctioning. No one ever came out, nor called and addressed the issue. I paid someone to come out and fix it after staying at my moms for 2 days because of it. Ive made multiple calls, sent multiple emails. Ive even called the corporate office, and still no response. This is SLUMLORD behavior, and terrible for business. Im hoping that this will call for a response from them, but I wont hold my breath.

      Do not recommend renting from them. I had my HVAC go out 5 separate times in less than 3 years. TWICE the HVAC unit caught fire. A danger to myself and the whole complex, and even that level of severity didn't get their attention enough to get this issue repaired properly. The last incident occurred january 2021 and all the way up until June 2021 (when i finally just moved out) it still was not repaired. Not only that, but in those 5 months they never returned approximately 30 phone calls/voicemails from me, sent someone out only 2 times who never diagnosed or completed any repairs. On top of all of that, they wouldn't allow me ANY concessions or to even break my lease just 1 month early, never communicated my charges, and without notification simply turned my account over to a collections agency where i now have a hit on my credit. These guys suck.

      On September 8th I received a text stating the following

      ********, Good morning everyone in building 7- we have reports of a smoker in this building. If you know who this person is please report to us in the office- we will address this with this resident immediately, as we are all aware we are 100 percent nonsmoking and this is a lease violation.

      I then received a follow up call from the office stating that a complaint came from smoking inside my apartment I offer Alisha apartment manager to come to my apartment at that exact time and do a walk through. She then stated no that was not needed. When an accusation is made especially when it could be a violation of lease and cause me and my son to be kicked out I don't take things lightly. Then office states it may be a guest in apartment I BARELY get guest over mind you been staying at property for over a year now I advised to check the call box and you can see guest barely does not come through gate for me the most activity you would have seen was the most recent 2 weeks due to me having Covid and my family was dropping off things and helping with my son.


      I'm upset due to the matter of an accusation is made and there is no proof or when I advise to walk though apartment I got oh that's not needed. I have reach out to corporate still waiting for a response to hear back.


      This is not the first incident with office another incident of a a dog being off the leash and chase my son on his way to school was never even addressed usually a text or something will be sent out but when I made the complaint nothing never heard a follow up on matter.

      Couple month ago me and my son is at the pool in order to get in the pool your suppose to have a gate card. Alisha come out "Hey guys what apartment are you in" I advised of the apartment number got out the pool then asked hey are we suppose to sign in or something the response I received was oh no I just didn't recognize.

      Do apartment staff remember every tenant? Just bc I am wearing my natural hair not braids or a wig that you normal see it was a bit un ease to be asked such questions when I pay rent every month on time!!!


      If this situation would of happen before it was time for me to resign my lease I would have never.
