We were referred to this company from our realtor when purchasing the home we are currently in, as of Oct 21'. In Oct, we requested/ordered a fence on 29 Oct 21 for $4800. It took as long as Jan 4th, 22 and we canceled the request for the fence. I was told the money would be returned though a check within 12 days at the most and I should have money returned then. (Which is also a long time for any company to return money). As of today, it has been 27 days and we have no possible date of when the money will be returned according to the contractor, Mr. *******. I told him that we should be reimbursed the money from him/his company and he keeps the refund, since we paid him directly, not the company he orders material from, but he does not have the money to pay and is waiting on another customer to pay him so that he can pay us. We asked for our kitchen sink to be replaced and it was taken out the week after thanksgiving by Mr. *******. As of 1/31, we still do not have a kitchen sink (I called someone 1/28 and they are installing 2/1). Other jobs that were requested and paid for were not done, as well as jobs in which Mr. ******* was overpaid and a refund of the remaining money should be paid back. This totaled $6,068.78! (Sink-$568.78/Fence-$4800/Trees remains-$700). There were jobs that were done by Mr. ******* that do not meet the product/services standard that we paid for and requested. The kitchen backsplash tile that was put on does not have the finished look it is supposed to as well as a ton of spaces/cracks throughout. One of the kitchen cabinets was broken while they were putting on the backsplash and has not been fixed in over a month (pic included). I requested multiple times for these items to be fixed as well as asking about the money being returned and have been getting the runaround for over a month. Working with the company has been a terrible experience and this is not how a contractor should work and provide services as well handle money.
