Honest Abe's Roofing (AKA Roofing World) put a new roof on my house March of 2021. A few weeks later, we became aware of a leak in a heavy rain. The person who oversaw the project was contacted and he sent the crew out who determined it was "flashing gone from a window" and they fixed the flashing on that window. I was told it wasn't a roof problem. The problem occurred again soon again and I called a window specialists. He came out to look and pointed out the problem - when the roof was installed they didn't replace the flashing supporting the siding, a piece of siding was missing and several others were shifting. This person told me he would be happy to fix it for me but that I needed to contact the roofer. So, I did, once again contacting the afore mentioned individual. Some other people were sent out to look and apparently verified they flashing was gone. At this point, I was told they would fix the problem. Here we are almost a year later. My roof has not been fixed, the leak continues with a heavy rain. I have left multiple messages with the company over the past week, no one has returned my calls. Today I drove 32 miles to what I now know, is a non-existent office (an individual in another business there told me they just used it for a mail drop) in an attempt to find out what is going on. I had waited quite patiently for the work to be done. I am all out of patience. Can gladly provide more detail if needed. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. *** *****
