I am very pleased with the work. Clean up was a little lacking, but job was adequate. My complaint is with billing. They are trying to collect more money from me because the supposedly did $******* in supplement charges for State code requirements. I didnt see any such supplement work. Their repair and labor cost was a couple thousand above their estimate. I think my insurance paid the difference, but they also billed me and additional $*******, which I paid. My deductable was $****. Now they want another $****. I think I've already paid them enough. Now they are harassing me with Ill destroy your credit rating and we will see you in court. My credit rating now is 842. Yes 842... Because I pay my bills. All I want is an explaination of how, and why.

This customers roof was originally denied by USAA for full replacement. I was able to get another adjuster out there to look at the roof with me and he agreed the roof had enough damage to justify USAA paying for the entire roof. USAA original claim was low because of errors on the estimate. After USAA fixed the errors the claim went from roughly *** to **k which was approved by usaa. All supplements are to be paid to the contractor . They send the check to the policy holder but they policy holder has to sign it over or write a check for the amount approved by the insurance. This customer owes over *k So yes we did report him to the credit bureau and yes we are going to sue him in court for the money owed. Its really sad we help this customer go from getting denied to full roof replacement and he wants to cheat us and steal the insurance proceeds. UNREAL. 15 years in business . A plus rated. * thousands dollars is not a small amount we can just write off. We are a small business who has to get paid just like anyone else.
