Location did a tire patch for me on the rear driver side tire. Location damaged my rim when doing the tire repair. When talking to location, they stated that I was a liar and I set them up and they never damaged the rim. I have pictures and proof the manager was very rude she hung up on me over the phone and I never once asked for any money. When getting there I said that was very rude the way that she was treating me. She did not acknowledge it instead she got her employees in the back and got all them to agree and call me a scammer a liar and that I planned all of this. I asked for the owners number she gave me a 1 800 number that has nothing to do with the business and still waiting on owner to call me. I have no one I can reach out to you about the situation. Waiting on the owner to call me just to touch base about the situation before filing a police report for personal damage. I have never been so disrespected or embarrassed in my entire life this is a business that is all about customer service and having you trust you with their vehicle. I could never trust his business because they took advantage of me and they humiliated me in front of multiple employees. It would have been different if they she apologized and they had in writing that they are not in charge for any vehicle damage. But the manager immediately went to thinking I wanted money and insulted me the entire time. The only reason for this report is because I don’t want other customers to be treated this way or to be taken advantage of using there hard earned money to bring their vehicle there to be worked on. A vehicle is one of the most expensive things that a person can purchase in their life and I just got my vehicle three weeks ago and it is a $****** car.
