Purchased a 2014 Mercedes GL 450 and within 30 days we have spent more than 8k in repairs on the car and have yet to receive our title or the check they were suppose to send, every time we speak to them they attempt to pacify us with more lies. We have not received the title, our overpayment and the vehicle was never inspected prior to the sale of the vehicle.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/12/02) */ Purchase inspection before purchasing he came back with few items it needed so We adjusted the price accordingly and they were satisfied with the discount, we did mail them the title plus the overpayment and we have the Fedex delivery proof and the return check , I don't know what issues they encountered later on with the car but as a used Mercedes with almost 100k miles we can't guarantee the future repairs, they signed as is form and declining the extended warranty form , it's very very unfortunate that they had issues later on but I feel they did their due diligence before buying the car and knowing exactly what it needs at the time of purchase. I took the vehicle to the Mercedes dealership and they informed me that liquid block repair had been added to the engine of the vehicle meaning it was a known engine issue prior to me purchasing the vehicle. Honesty and integrity goes a long ways and I realized Ultra Motors was not honest and definitely did not act in a professional manner with integrity. Within the 1st 30 days we spent $8k in repairs and now we are needing a new engine. I will give Ultra Motors credit that they did a great job of patching this vehicle up just enough to get it out the door. At first impression Ultra Motors has a great presentation but the reality is they sold me a pice of junk that they knew had issues prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I have receipts that confirm many of the patches that were performed that can only be revealed by putting the vehicle on a lift and having a certified authorized mechanic inspect it. I also can confirm we went almost 3 weeks driving on expired temp. Tags because Ultra Motors was slow to send information to DMV. This has not been a good experience at all...
