Extremely long appointments without a warning that youll be there for hours. I was told that was just the case for the first appointment, but that is untrue according to other reviews. I was charged for a product they never mailed me. I had to contact them numerous times to get a refund. My appointment was about 2 months ago. I just heard from them today that it should have credited my account today. Ill believe it when I see it.Looking back, I honestly do not know what I gave them money for exactly.Once you finally get in, they basically drop off the face of the earth. Leaving you with a lot of time and money spent, but no real answers or follow up information. And you can forget them answering phone calls or emails in a timely manor, if at all.The entire experience was beyond unprofessional and wreaks of scam vibes.Business response

Why would we refund for services rendered. You do not get refunded at your doctor appointment when they are running behind. We are a veterinary clinic and we offered the opportunity for you to reschedule. I came in the room and told you we had some emergency work ins. We are a veterinary clinic. We are not a grocery store.

I am rejecting this response because its a lie. There was NO communication about emergencies in the office, because there werent any, nor was I ever given the option to reschedule. Matter of fact, one of the techs informed me the length of the visit was typical and she felt bad for customers because that information isnt communicated. There are significant ethical issues with this practice. I paid for a service, a service I was told was on going, yet I never received the follow up info I asked for and needed before starting a treatment plan. I spent 3 hours and $300 for what turned out to be nothing. And when confronted the owner chose name calling and insulting tactics instead of customer care. Shes a bully and a fraud.

I made a $48.00 purchase in August 2021 I ordered organic drops for my puppy's ears. That's not what I received. When I called and told them I wanted to return my order for a refund I was told they would charge me a 20% restocking fee and I'd have to pay the shipping. Whatever! I sent the bottles back and after waiting almost 3 months for a refund I received the bottles back again. I called again and spoke to the same woman, Donna. She told me she'd check into why that happened and get back to me. After a couple of hours I called again and again I was told to give her an hour. It's now the next day and I've called twice and both times I'm getting an answering machine. Clearly they are ignoring my calls.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2021/11/15) */ This absolute deranged woman ordered supplements from our website, then called our receptionist and told her she ordered the wrong one and requested a refund. This is after the supplement was shipped to her and she received it. Our receptionist said it would be no problem as soon as we received the product back at our office, as she was the one at fault - ordering the "wrong" product. This lady absolutely lost her mind. We still have some of her voicemails saved as we have never heard anyone berate someone the way that she did. I do not know any business that would refund someone without receiving the product back for inventory restock. She called a few days later and said she returned it but we refused it. Why would we refuse her package?? We had not received her package. We tried reaching out to her but she does not have voicemail set up and one of the numbers she had contacted us on, was disconnected. She left us a horrible review on google - without ever having been to our practice or having purchased anything with us prior. We have tried reaching out to her several times since with no response - her voicemail is not set up and the other number is disconnected. We recently received her package with the word "Refused" written all over it- I"m assuming she did that.... But again, we reached out to refund her with no response. There has to be some protection for businesses against deranged insane customers. We are a veterinary clinic, not an online store. Our store is for our customers with the occasional person purchasing from out of state. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/11/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) So many reasons not to accept their response. First & foremost their response is full of lies. I stand by my original complaint. It doesn't really matter who is at fault for receiving the wrong item, just that it was wrong & I asked for my money back & they agreed to a refund minus the restocking fee. I forgot all about my refund until I received the package back a couple of months later! I called to ask them why they sent the product back instead of a refund instead Donna questioned me as to who from their office sent it back to me? I am not deranged but quite upset with the cat & mouse game they're playing. I told Donna that I didn't want to pay another $5.00 to send the bottles back to them a second time, what would be the point? She kept asking me who sent it back to me & until I could tell her they couldn't do anything for me. She hung up on me & I then wrapped the package up and brought it to the Post Office with "REFUSED" on it. BTW - I never accused them of refusing the package. They have not reached out to me at all about a refund. I have always had a voicemail & I'm sure I can prove that as well as no calls from them through my cellphone carrier. They deserve the bad feedback. I'm sure them calling me "deranged & insane" could be reason for a defamation lawsuit, however all I want is my money back and there just isn't any excuse for not reimbursing me as they admitted receiving the items back. Upset. I am. Reading their horrendous response full of lies makes me more upset. They claim businesses deserve some kind of protection against customers like me? We, the customers deserve some kind of common courtesy. I can't for the life of me figure out why they would've sent the package back to me, (not refused) just sent back with a whole different ship date from the Post Office. I wouldn't advise anybody to bring their helpless animals to such suspect people.
