Very unprofessional my pedicure was done by someone unlicensed, while in massage chair my full set was done poorly from side of chair, causing my massage to be useless, served alcohol from dirty glasses, full set nails were too short to nail bed, too thick, uneven, painful, dremnel caused pain in the quick. 4 coats of polish on toes rubbed off. Charged ***** dollars for worst nail job I've ever had. Rude, hateful.Business response

We did all trial to fix the products when customers complaint within 48 hours after services done . However, she refused all to come back to get fixed and want all should be Free.
3/ We got 100 scores about salon sanitary for **************************** and barbering (with photo proof). We all follow the rules of sanitary firmly. So the words she use on ** is calumniated.
We always try OUR BEST to satisfy our customer . COURTESY is our best policy.
Non-refundable is always applied to all payment after services done.Business response

There are 4 main subjects I want to mention about the complaint on 4/15/2023
1/ Angel Nails is over 10 years experienced business and the Nails tech did for her services been working here for 12 years with renewed license constantly. Thats mean we all totally knowledgeable, experienced skills to work in clients .
2/She-the clients complaint, were very happy after be done the services . So we very surprise about her complaint. At night time on the 4/15, she message us about the problems on goolge. We did offer her to come and fix for her no charge (with screenshot photos proof) but she refused . The services done and the right things is to pay, but all she want is Free-services.
3/ The 3rd and 4th coats of REGULAR POLISH is her request to put on ( which is make extra thick and hard to dry) . Standard time for regular polish dry (2 coats) is at least 2 hours, but she put on her closed-toe shoes right after the service done. We have camera screenshot on that moment when she walked out the salon. So the polish could not be dried and be messed up probably when she got home and took shoes off.
