Rhonda will lie to you saying she did your taxes but she really dont. She will lie none stop for over a year about doing my taxes. When the IRS has told me they haven't been done. She has done this to more than myself. She is still doing it. Their is plenty of people sueing her tax services an then their is plenty who are just out of luck an have to deal with it an be ok with it. This place needs shut down asap. The BBB needs to investigate because she's fraudulently taking money from people and lying to them about their taxes. She's not explaining everything she should be before she sends the taxes in. So their fourth when our taxes is filed anything that's wrong on them is our fault but if I knew how to do taxes and what it meant I would not go to get them done and pay someone else to do them. I trusted this tax service lady Rhonda C******* to know what she was doing. Unfortunately her own family made her leave their text Services Company because she was doing this to people so she went and opened her own company and now she's scamming people fraud and people stealing from people lying to people and she's doing it through a tax service business. She needs to be investigated something needs to get done about this! Who else to call or get a hold of other than the b b b.
