Bought a bucket for a Kubota svl 97 skid steer told the salesman I do a lot of demo and dirt work he said this bucket would be perfect for the job so I purchased it in July of 2022 ran the bucket for two months and the back clips that hold machine and bucket together snapped so I just took and got it reinforced today was running the machine and the bucket just peeled back like a can a biscuits cheap Made buckets do not last.. the bucket only has 380 hrs on itReview from Anthony E

Sold me a grapple with complete valve kits, and the valve fittings are incorrect and hydraulic hose from tractor to grapple will no connect. Contacted company, instead of offering assistance, told me to deal with it myself and got to local tractor store. Thanks for nothing!Review from J. B. C

Called twice on phone **** quoted me a price out the door to pick up at their location. Drove 320 miles some kid calling hisself owner hit me for an extra hundred dollars could have had it shipped for that cost owner if he even was has a crappy attitude I will make sure I spread the news as far as I can.

Our pricing is located on our website so that customers can know what products will cost before coming to our retail location. Customers also have the option to pay over the phone if they want to lock in pricing while they wait for an opportunity to pick the item up.The product you were quoted over the phone was a GP3060B, and what you purchased was a GP3260B. These two products were sitting next to each other, both with price tags on them clearly showing the price of each. The GP32 version has some upgrades that the GP30 does not have, and those two products do have a price difference to reflect this. The product was sold to you for a price substantially under MSRP because we do everything in our power to give our customers the best price possible.
